Author's views on Acne:

One of the worst things that can happen to you is acne breakout. I had that since I entered puberty. I tried many products,Acne Skin Care for Men Articles visited doctors and spent so much money on my face alone, none of it can solve my acne problems. Here are some hard facts that I found out:

1. Doctor's prescriptions (medications) are meant to control your hormones changes or to prevent your oil glands from secreting too much oil. It is never used to solve acne problem immediately. Many people gave up hope on the prescriptions after taken it for awhile because it never seems to solve the problems. So what if your hormones are balance? So what if you oils glands did not secrete as much oil as it used to? There will be still acne breakouts.

2. Facials and facial products. I remembered I went to New York Skin's solutions and spend $5,000 worth of services there for only 10 sections and the skin seemed to get better but it got worse after I discontinued the services. After that, I went to other facial services (essential) and my face improved drastically. Many advertisements on facial services and products are gimmicks to attract people to purchase their services. Just because they have successful stories do not mean that all the customers purchase their services will get the results they see on the television? Some facial services may not be suitable for people like me who has sensitive skin. Some products may not be as effective as other products that may more effectively curb your problems.

3. I found out my way of keeping my skin clean and clear from acne. Like I say before, my skin is different from yours so the tips I share may not be necessary be as effective as other tips other people has but my tips are genuine.......

Author's tips:1. Do not touch your face or anything that will touch your face. Try as much as possible not to touch your face. Your hands are filled with germs and bacteria so when it touch your face, it probably will have a chemical reaction with oil and produce pimples. Your pillow case, your hand phones or even telephones may also be filled with germs and bacteria. This is why; I tend not to lie my face on my hand or on my pillow. Keep clear of things that will touch your face.

2. Source for your own skin care products and services. I source for my own skin care products because not all suits me. I remember the time when I sign on a package with New York Skin Solutions that I regretted it because, the services make me better and I am improving but not as fast as it was supposed to. Not only that, I had to endure so much pain and delicate so much time on it that I can go somewhere else better. It was until my mum brought me to her facial services which drastically improve my skin. I also used many products. Many are not as effective until I found the product that suits my face better (T3 gel). I had to trial and error because like I say, the product may be better for you but may not be better for me. The tip that some website tells me is by testing it behind your ear for a few weeks. Give the product and services time to see the results. I trial and error these products for three to four weeks before finally settle on something that is effective for my skin.

3. Cleanse your face at least twice a day but do not do it more than four times a day. Face is part of a human body so there is always a limit and range. The reason why I impose a limit of four times a day is excessive cleansing of your face will cause your face to be very dry this is not helpful because your face will be more prone to bacteria. Our face will have a natural layer of oil to protect the skin from foreign particles; hence excessive cleansing will effectively means removing the protecting barrier. Washing less than twice a day will mean your face will accumulate more germs and bacteria on your face and you would not want that to happen as it means more acne outbreaks.

4. Do not manipulate pimples with your fingers (squeezing or picking). This is the mistakes where I do the most. By squeezing or picking your pimples unprofessionally, you will leave scars on your face and scars do not heal that fast. Leave it and the pimples will probably be gone in two to three weeks’ time.

5. Consult a doctor or any professional help. Try asking your friends, your relatives for good doctors that can help you to solve your acne problems but like I say before, do not rely on them to solve your problems, do it yourselves.
