This pill works in three different ways; firstly, by tricking your body into believing that ovulation has already occurred so as to prevent production of an egg. Loestrin

Loestrin pill is another popular combination pill used by women. This pill is available in two different dosage strengths of 20mg and 30mg. As a result the pill is often known as Loestrin 20 or Loestrin 30. Although the pill comes in different dosage strengths, the effect of the pill is similar. This pill consists of ethinylestradiol, synthetic oestrogen and norethisterone acetate, synthetic progestogen as its active ingredients. You are required to take one Loestrin pill on a daily basis for 21 days of your 28 day menstrual cycle.
