In such a case, you can treat it with shots of B12 vitamins, or you can take B complex shots. The symptoms and how severe they are, will tell which disease it is. Plus, each disease will react in a different way to the use of antifungal or antiseptic cream.

 

Another possible cause for symptoms of angular cheilitis can be a B vitamin deficiency. The vitamins that might be missing are B6 (pyridoxine), B3 (niacin), B12 (cyanocobalamin) and B2 (riboflavin).
