your eyebrows closer to each other, in other words frown. Lift your
eyebrows and open your eyes as wide as possible. Repeat this five times.
Lie
down on the bed and look straight up with your head hanging on the edge
of the bed. Raise your eyebrows with your eyes open. Do this for ten
times.
