Articles the doctor asks him/her to deviate from their daily routine and suggests them to start eating fruits. Recently, we have seen celebrities participating in the fruit-only diet. Fruits contain several nutrients such as vitamins, fibers, minerals etc. They protect us from cardiac diseases and other medical conditions.

The Burning Question

Right from childhood we come across many people facts and figures stating the importance of fruits. Also, we come across many people who share their experience regarding how eating fruits has helped them. These days, especially for old people, it is recommended for them to reduce eating any food made of oil or spices and eat fruits most of the time.

On the contrary, we have also learned that having a perfect balanced diet is the most essential requirement of our body. A diet which isn’t well balanced might lead to health conditions. Thus, a diet that includes atleast minimum amount of necessary nutrients is considered to be a good diet.

So what happens if a person starts following a diet that has only fruits in it. Is it “obvious” that there won’t be any negative consequences? Is it completely safe? Is this the best thing to do?

Well, the answer depends upon the age and the body of the person. The individual may get most of the necessary nutrients this way. But few of the most important nutrients and other assistive components are missed out. Few of the problems associated are:

  • Initially, it might turn out to be good. But in the long run, it proves out to be troublesome.
  • Fats are essential to the body too. These aren’t obtained from the fruits and thus lead to dulling of skin and hair.
  • Very low amounts of protein are obtained. The repairing and building of hair, nails, muscles, bones and other minute tissues cannot be done with consumption of fruits alone.
  • Fruits contain sugar. The in-take of fruits alone might create an imbalance of sugar levels in the body. It is highly risky for a patient suffering from diabetes.
  • Excessive amounts of fiber are obtained. This leads to digestive problems.

Apart from them, the major problem these days is that fruits contain high amounts of pesticides, fertilizers and other chemicals in them which are poisonous to the man.

Thus, in order to solve this problem, There is a wide range of products in markets that act as perfect replacements for the fruits sold these days. Green Vita is one of the best products available for neutralizing the toxins in our body. Whey Proteins is a collection of various products that contain proteins. The apple cider vinegar is an important tool to keep us healthy. Apple Cinnamon bar pack is another good product too.
