If still this is not something that a person wants to deal with there are even solutions today for almost completely invisible solutions that are practically no one can notice.

The final thing that people mistakenly think about braces is that it will hurt. For most types of malocclusion there is no need for surgery or extractions. There can be some minor discomfort as things shift and on days after the appliances were tightened but it is not significantly worse than any other type of dental visit. Also the smaller lighter materials do not cut into lips and gums nearly as much as they once did.

If a person's desire is to have their teeth line up and look beautiful there is no reason not to consider braces. In fact with more adults having the process done there is virtually no stigma associated with them any longer. The treatment will be over in a matter of months and the results can last a lifetime.
