Most of the time we don't eat breakfast because we either have no time in the morning, have sensitive stomachs, or are trying to lose weight.

One of the popular reason so many of us don't eat break fast in the morning is because we don't allow ourselves time to prepare it. We blame our sensitive stomachs and our lack of time for not eating breakfast.We find ourselves rolling out of bed and wanting nothing to do with Unfortunately that is a bad thing. It has become a trend to skip out on breakfast because of the kinds of lives we lead. Many times we perceive breakfast as a meal that you only eat when you have some extra time on your hands. Other times, we think that by skipping breakfast it'll help us lose weight. However, Breakfast is known to be the most important meal of the day. In today's society we tend to eat on the go, whether it's a cereal bar or a stop at starbucks. So what we must remember is the foods we choose to eat in the morning can effect us thought out the day. Some of the effects are: Our mood for the day,our perception of how the day is going can be altered and most importantly our health for the day can be affected.

Our bodies need an energy boost and that's why it's extremely important to start your day off with foods that contain some core nutrients. Think of it this way would you do a in home personal training session on an empty stomach? Of course not! A great idea for a healthy, yet delicious breakfast is a fruit smoothie. So many people use the excuse making food is so time consuming, however you can prepare your food the night before. I often boil my eggs the night before.! Throw in any of your favorite fruits to make it extra delicious, like: Lemons,Pears,Black berries, Blue Berries,Oranges, Apples, Kiwi, Raspberries and Strawberries!

Something as simple as a fruit smoothie, oats, a boiled egg, greek yoghurt, or even a turkey sandwich with whole wheat bread are the foundation to weight loss and a healthy lifestyle. Remember being healthy and getting the body of your dreams is a long and mentally tough journey.; so why not start in the morning with a healthy breakfast?
