Coffee, tea and cocoa are three main drinks in the world. It is very popular at their daily life. But coffee isn't a drink agreed with everyone.

On the other hand, coffee has some disadvantages or harms. A research shows that people who drink more coffee were more likely to be a smoker, alcoholist. It links to increase the risks of heart problems. The research of coffee during pregnancy shows that a daily habit of drinking 200 milligrams of caffeine significantly increases the risk of miscarriage.

 

A coffee consumption (about four cups) can increase the risk of osteoporosis, especially for women with a low calcium intake. Compared with people who drink less coffee, the research found that the four-cup coffee drinkers are more likely to get rheumatoid arthritis. It also shows that coffee has unfavorable effect on blood pressure. It can slightly increase the risk of hypertension for those with elevated blood pressure.

The first group is those who suffered from high blood pressure, coronary disease, arteriosclerosis should not drink coffee. It could cause the danger of cardiovascular.

Coffee could reduce the calcareous which is the reason of osteopenia disease. Thus, old women should not drink more coffee.

Coffee could cause the miscarriage or fetal anomaly for pregnant women if they drink more than 200 milligrams each day.

There is no good for people with beriberi (or vitamin B1 deficiency) to drink coffee. Vitamin B1 is good at the balance and stability of nervous system. But coffee could ruin the balance.

People suffered from stomach trouble should not drink coffee.

The last one is cancerous person. Coffee is cancer risk even if you are a healthy people.

In brief, coffee is a drink with mixture of compounds which either have beneficial and harmful effects to human health. You should take care of the amount of drinking coffee instead of the coffee itself. As the saying is the half is more than the whole.
