Diets and obesity are a serious problem in the Western world after the advent of the fast-food concepts of the 1950’s. But not only that now there is so much information on food,Diets Articles diet and nutrition. Diets such as the Atkin’s Diet, the Blood Type Diet, the Weight-Loss diet, High Protein Diet – People saying “You can’t eat that, you should eat this” Others asking “Is it fattening? What should I eat!?!” So many people today I see are just down right confused as in what to eat, when and how much and that sometimes this is on their brain from the moment they wake up to the time they go to bed – and often just like their weight, food thoughts have just taken over..Well when it comes down to it - there is only one diet and that’s yours. Diet is fundamentally the food and drink that is consumed by you regularly. With this in mind and a desire to have an enjoyable and happier relationship with food! Here is my simple recipe to healthy eating.

  • Avoid packet food as they are only processed, lacking in life and more often than not, not worth much more than the packet they are contained in!
  • Eat 80% of your diet as a wide variety fresh fruits and vegetables
  • 20% of the time eat a variety of what ever you want
  • Drink loads of water and don’t contaminate your body with poisonous diet drinks, sugar loaded drinks or too much juice, tea, coffee or alcohol
  • Supplement your diet with great multi vitamins and minerals to combat the problem of missing out on essential vitamins and minerals that are hard to get due to of the over-farming of our crops today
  • Eat when you’re hungry!
  • Stop when you’re full…

Don’t forget it’s your body, what you eat IS IMPORTANT, look after your greatest asset every day by getting back to the basics and feeding it just what it needs and all it thrives on, so it can be the best it possibly can be for you from head to toe, inside and out.
