Do You Hate Acne?

Do you hate acne? Acne sufferers are usually frustrated with their acne issues. If your acne has developed fully it is going to take some time before you will see results from your acne treatment. If it has only just started to appear following an acne treatment plan will bring positive results quicker.

In order to have healthy skin here are five simple guidelines for you to follow:

Do not touch your spots – Popping your spots will only lead to scars and cause them to spread. Keep your hands off your face completely. Touching your face will interfere with your acne treatment.

Clean your skin – On of the most important things to do is to get into the habit of cleaning your skin. You should be cleaning your skin in the morning and evening with a mild hypo allergenic cleanser. You should also cleanse your skin after you do anything that makes you sweat a lot, like exercise. Avoid scrubbing your skin you should be using a good cleanser if you do not know what to use consult a dermatologist. Once you have gently washed your skin you should rinse it and pat it dry. If you have oily hair then you should shampoo it daily. The oil in your hair can get onto your face and cause acne problems.

Keep out of the sun – You might think a sun tan looks good but prolonged exposure to the sun will age your skin and increase the risk of skin cancer. The effects of the sun can also have an effect on the acne medication you may be using.

Make up and hair products – Always ensure that you cosmetic products contain no oil and are hypo allergenic. Read the product labels carefully to make sure there are no ingredients that may conflict with your acne treatment. You may find it beneficial to avoid some products such as foundation until your acne has cleared up. You need to check your hair products do not contain oil and that they are  non-comedogenic, that means they will not block the pores of your skin.

Shaving – Generally only a problem for men. It is a matter of personal choice as to whether you use electric or safety razors. However when using safety razor avoid the multi blade type. Before shaving always soften the stubble using soap and water, apply the shaving foam and shave very lightly to avoid irritating your acne.

Following these simple guidelines will help you. But you need to cure the root cause of your problem. Adopting a Natural treatment plan will help to reset your inner balance and bring your body back to its natural balance.
