Excess sweating is a problem many people suffer from. A solution is available and it has to do with the foods we eat.

There is a wide range of people in society that suffer from excess sweating. There isn't much in the way of medical science to help you with this, but there are natural ways to eliminate in it. There may be genetic components at play inside of you, but it can be controlled.

There are certain foods out there that will have an effect on your body and your sweating, so being able to identify them is important. The first is spicy food.
