Gynecomastia is a condition in men wherein their chest acquires the characteristics of women chests. This means that the man will have enlarged or exaggerated breasts. For some males, their condition is not so embarrassing because the enlargement is not so pronounced. Other men, on the other hand, have some difficulty addressing the issue of having overly enlarged breasts, much like females.
