If buying creams from a foreign country, do an allergy test first

If you forgot to buy the cream from your own country, you can always buy in the place where you went. But before applying it to a large area, get a small amount of cream first and dab it on a small patch of skin on your arms or legs. Leave it there for about 8 minutes and see if it gets red or itchy. If it did turn red or became itchy upon initial application, it is an indication that you are allergic to the product.
