That Monday morning, when Mark woke, and turned to his side, he noticed there were few strands of hair on the pillow.

Shrugging it off as normal,Herbs in cream work wonders for those taking pains. Articles he brushed them aside and got out of bed and went about his morning routine. He picked up the newspaper and his cup of coffee and went to the balcony. Since his hair was falling on his face, he ran his hands through them to comb them away, again noticed a few strands come away. This startled him but not to a point of worrying him. After his shower, when he ran the comb through his hair, he once again noticed more than the usual amount of hair on the comb. The TV was playing in his bedroom showing an advertisement for a natural hair product, which he laughed off saying it was for those who dint have good hair.

He had always been proud of his thick hair, which was the cause of envy to many of his friends. But today, after what had happened in the morning, he was getting worried. Not knowing what to do, he approached his colleague asking for a reputed dermatologist’s number. Upon visiting the doctor, he was told that something in his body, either hormones or his eating pattern was causing this excessive hair loss. He was then prescribed a natural hair product, Scalp Med a cream that was to be applied on the scalp, to use for a week and monitor the hair loss condition.

Mark was only 28years of age and could not believe it when the doctor told him he had to alter his lifestyle and control his diet. He was the kind who ate out almost every day, and enjoyed having a drink or two with his friends in the evening post work. Now, he felt like God was punishing him for having fun. Reluctantly, he purchased the natural hair care product and began using them from the very next day. The cream was made using Minoxidil used to cleanse and add volume. Even though it did not have a nice perfume, he hoped it would work. After about 2 days of using the products, he noticed there was no change in hair fall and was beginning to panic. After speaking with the doctor once more, he was told to modify his diet and eat more of salads, proteins and green leafy vegetables. This had him in a state of fix, he lived alone, did not know how to cook and the food in the office cafeteria was loaded with fat.

Change in his dietary patterns and lifestyle had a positive impact on his overall health, and this curbed hair loss. Having realized the value of good nutritious food, and that such food can also be tasty, he made a conscious effort to stick to this routine simply because he dint want to go bald and be ridiculed. Since his issue was junk food, which was oily and unhealthy accompanied with consumption of high levels of alcohol, the Scalp med, a natural hair care product worked reviving blood cells in the scalp.

It is always better to be safe than sorry, so keeping watch on what is applied on our hair and monitoring what we eat and drink is the only way for a long healthy life.
