Foods

When trying to increase your bust size, make sure you include the following foods in your diet:

1 - Eat estrogen-enriched foods because that is an important female hormone that rules the growth of feminine characteristics such as breasts, less of body hair, etc. Some of the estrogen-rich foods include chicken, dairy products like milk and yoghurt, etc.

2 - Protein shakes, eggs, meat, fish and milk are protein-rich foods that help enhance the breast size.

3 - Kidney beans, chickpeas, black-eye peas, red beans, parsley, lentils and Lima beans are some of the beans and peas that are rich in estrogen.

4 - Strawberries, blueberries and cherries are estrogen-rich foods that help enhance the size of the breasts. You may include them in your diet by incorporating them at least once in a day.

5 - Exclude caffeinated and carbonated drinks from your diet and have plenty of water every day.

6 - Including sesame seeds in your diet will also be fruitful in your efforts of increasing bust size.


Exercises

Putting pressure on the breasts is in fact the simplest way of increasing the size of the breasts naturally. Lie on the back and press your bust against a flat surface. You may also stand against the wall or press the breasts and not be too hard. Shake hands and relax. Repeat this exercise at least ten times.

Push-ups are also a great exercise to increase one’s bust size. If you are new at trying push-ups, make sure that you start with only 10 times and gradually increase from 15 to 25 times depending on your capacity. When you begin with push-ups you may experience shoulder and arm pain, so start with ease and gradually move your way up.

Swimming may also be a helpful exercise in increasing the size of your breasts but if you don’t swim, try the strokes at home. Stand straight and do the front and back strokes in the air. Stroke for 10-20 minutes as doing so will stretch the pectoral muscles.

Join the palms in front of your chest and press them against each other for over 5 seconds. Repeat this exercise at least 10 times.
