3) Use an Interdental Brush

Follow up to brushing and flossing by employing an interdental brush. These small, often disposable brushes are inexpensive and allow you great access to the space in between your braces and teeth. You should use these twice a day after flossing. The technique is similar to using a toothpick. This should remove the last remaining food particles. Follow up by thoroughly rinsing your mouth with mouthwash or water.
