Many people are interesting in losing weight at a really fast pace. Lets face it no one wants to wait around for months to achieve their weight loss goals. Maybe you have a big event coming up like a wedding, how to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks Articles or class reunion. Maybe you want to trim down right before the beach season, or maybe you have health concerns for being over weight.

First let me say it is important that before attempting any significant weight loss that you keep your best health in mind. You do not want to starve yourself or do anything harmful to your body to increase your weight loss in anyway. If you feel like you might have a health problem because of your weight it is always important to consult a doctor before attempting to lose any significant amount to make sure you do it in a very safe manner.

Now lets get to the fun stuff... You should get started by setting a definite fat loss goal for yourself, it always helps to have something to aim for. Say you wanted to know how to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks... You should write lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks on your scale or some place you see every day to keep you motivated.

We have two major factors that will help you to lose weight fast and easy. You need diet and exercise. You're two favorite things hahaha.

With your diet it is recommended that you cut your calories by 500 to 1000 calories a day depending on how much you are eating in the first place. The other thing you want to keep in mind is that you need to cut back on saturated fats. These are really bad for you if you are planning to cut down on body fat.

It is recommended that you start your day with a breakfast that will help you to stay full all day. Oatmeal is a great way to keep your stomach full and your body burning fat.

You should eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, during the day... Other great foods to help you burn fat are peanuts, spinach, lean meats, and protein smoothies.

As for the exercise part of your regimen its important that you have a nice balance of cardio and weight lifting exercises. For your cardio I would recommend that you do it at least 3 days a week... But don't focus so much on long distance cardio as sprinting. Sprinting will help you to burn fat up to 3 times faster than long distance running or biking.

For the weight lifting portion I would recommend that you do at least 2 days a week of weight lifting and try to work every muscle group in your body. Do 2 or 3 exercises of the following muscle groups: Biceps, Triceps, Back, Shoulders, Abs, and Legs. Those are the focus groups for any workout.

By working out your muscles you will dramatically increase your metabolic rate which will burn those pounds right off.

Good Luck!
