  • Berries and other fruits such as grapes and apples

  • Nuts such as almonds, pecans, and walnuts
  • Prunes
  • Drink more water. Adding more water into your body makes the hard, dry stools easily come out from within. The most acceptable number of glasses of water to take daily is at least eight.
