There are a good deal of social anxiety treatments and procedures out there to help people recover and improve their lives. Many rely on medication to treat anxiety, while others have had success by slowly expanding their comfort zone and expanding their personal edge. Others have used private therapy or counselling to help recover their confidence in social situations. You can begin to improve your social anxiety
