DEDUCTIBLES– In general you'll most likely find that your deductible is on the rise.  it's one of the fastest ways to decrease a person’s premiums in light of all the costly changes being implemented by the new government regulations.  If you're in an HMO or PPO then the raised deductible should only affect you when you go to the hospital as usually there will be no deductible just a co-pay on doctor’s visits.

CO-PAY– In order to keep your premiums down your health insurance company may perhaps have changed your co-pay to a co insurance amount or have just simply increased your co-pay.  Either way most Americans will notice that their co-pay amounts have been adjusted.
