Water is essential part of our life. Our body needs 7 to 8 glasses of water daily. Besides drinking we need it for other purposes as well like bathing and cooking. Some other elements also cause hair loss like zinc, arsenic, thallium and aluminum. These elements can get into your water by different sources and we cannot stop them.

Well water contains higher concentration of heavy metal then city water. Well water normally contains mercury and copper, which is another culprit of hair loss. Other elements can enter into water from different sources which are not easy to track. Either you wash your hair or drink; it will affect your body system in a bad manner.
