Lexapro is the trade name for Escitalopram group of drugs which are used as antidepressants of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) class. These would include extremely stiff muscles, high temperature, sweating, irregular or fast heartbeat, tremors, hyperactive reflexes, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, loss of appetite, a feeling of unsteadiness, a lack of coordination, inability to concentrate, headache, problems with memory including short term amnesia, confusion, weakness, fainting, hallucinations, seizures, and difficulty in breathing.
