When interviewing plastic surgeons, make sure that they are certified by the American Association of Plastic surgeons and that he has completed the required courses and degrees to be a qualified plastic surgeon. You also want to make sure that he has met all the requirements necessary to practice in your state and has experience performing the procedures that you want done.
