Oh dear,Is Your Face Man-Made or Nature-Made? Articles it's true!  Plastic surgery and injections that paralyze and plump are creating a world where those who have used these procedures have begun to resemble one another.

The "done" look is so prevalent especially in certain areas of the country where entertainment, music and fashion abound.  The trickle down effect has begun to permeate the ranks of ordinary folk as school teachers, secretaries and wanna-bes go into debt to buy a piece of the American Dream that woos naïve men and women into believing that they too can look younger if they just allow certain procedures to be performed.

What nonsense!

Polluting the body, mind and soul with man-made chemicals and toxins that are then injected into various regions of the body means you are willing to forgo an authentic natural appearance and settle for the cookie cutter look that those injections produce.

The act of cutting and injecting produces the tell-tale look of face work and if you take a step back to consider the entire picture, these will seem like barbaric acts.  After all, altering perfectly healthy tissue is pretty bizarre when you think about it.  Most people who opt for procedures usually adopt an easy-breezy attitude as they conveniently forget that surgery and injections carry a lot of risk.

And, for those of you who use these modalities, do you really believe that your friends, family and colleagues cannot tell that your nose has been snipped, your eye lids cut and that injections have paralyzed your ability to genuinely smile?

Pretending not to notice an altered face may require great skill and tact.  How do you gracefully react when you see a long-time friend who has obviously been sliced and diced?  How do you stop from shouting, "What have you done to yourself!?!"

Many people undergoing procedures these days believe that job security will be enhanced when eyes are lifted and their double chin has smoothed.  Those who have lost their jobs may be contemplating surgery and injections hoping that their new look will give them confidence in securing a new position.

Spending big dollars on temporary measures is not money well spent.  In fact, surgery and injections do not provide long-lasting results nor are they guaranteed to provide the look you are seeking.  These modalities constantly have to be upgraded because aging continues to permeate the face.

You can develop a younger, healthier, and fresher alive appearance as a result of incorporating a proactive regimen of exercise and paying attention to diet.

Exercise changes everything.  We see our bodies respond when we bicycle, walk, row and perform other fun activities.  Caring for your body temple is the first step in creating a more youthful you.

Exercise for our face is vitally important to our good health and spending only a few minutes each week performing certain isometric with resistance movements will ensure that you indeed look more fit, healthier and younger.

How does this happen?  Those tiny, hidden muscles beneath the skin are the foundation of your facial appearance and when they become atrophied from disuse, they elongate and pool into other muscles as they make their way south.

You see the effects when hooded eyes, sagging cheeks and developing jowls make their presence known as you begin to resemble your great Aunt Hilda.

Using exercises that anchor and contract the facial muscles invigorates the various regions of the face with oxygenated blood.  The skin, our largest organ, gets its nourishment from oxygenated blood while toxin removal and lymphatic drainage are two additional benefits your face will enjoy as it appears more relaxed, less stressed.

Facial exercise is easy to master and once you get your face in shape, you only have to exercise 2-3 times each week to maintain your results.

In hardly any time at all, your face will begin to transform by lifting and toning those areas you thought could only be remedied with surgery or injections.  This natural facelift puts you in charge of your face without putting you in harm's way.
