Your body is an oddly intelligent system and one that actually has a mind of its own, literally. In all honestly, your body provides you constant feedback and the more time that you spend listening to it the more likely it is that you will begin to hear what it is telling you and become in tune with everything you need to know.

In all honestly, your body provides you constant feedback and the more time that you spend listening to it the more likely it is that you will begin to hear what it is telling you and become in tune with everything you need to know.

The human body in general maintains safety and holds itself both steady and balanced. It remains at a consistent temperature and yet can truly adapt to a variety of different temperatures throughout the course of a day or even an hour. It's a system that may adapt itself and even in a state where things are going awry it's going to work to keep the system as safe as possible.

One example is the way in which your body knows the level of importance of the different systems of the body and serves to protect the central nervous system, brain, and heart, for instance much more intensely then it'll try to protect the limbs and other body parts. It knows for a fact, which organs are ranked for survival and this is why when many problems or symptoms arise they begin surfacing in the limbs. This is the part that the body knows it can survive without.

Every day your body gives you signs about what works and what doesn't for the sake of the entire system and this is why when you're overtired your body will try and slow you down. This is also why your body makes you feel lethargic when you are not well, to encourage you to get the rest you need. It also will create swelling or a natural cast around a broken bone to help protect it from further injury. There are various ways that your body speaks to you. Some are smaller like when you feel a pain when you over exert yourself or when something you eat does not agree with you or even larger ones that really cause you to take note like an excessively high temperature.

The human body knows more than any conscious human brain does and therefore it is best to listen up when your body is telling you something. Doing so could result in not just a better functioning body but also the ability to catch a more serious health issue early on.
