When you train with boot camp programs, your muscles will need time to heal. Healing is a part of the transformation process. You'll be surprised how fast the transformation occurs, especially when partnered with a new diet plan. Within three to six weeks, you will already be feeling healthier, stronger, and more energetic. Although programs are designed to suit different levels of physical activity, you should currently be healthy and physically able to perform the work that you're about to do.
