You can combine the above diet changes with a bike exercise to get very good results. There are many bikes that you can choose from, choose the one that suits your budget and you feel comfortable when you use it as you will be using it every day. If you get bored from doing the bike exercise for about 30 minutes every day you can exercise in front of the TV or while listening to your MP3.

Bike exercise is enough for you if you only want to lose weight and you don’t want to gain muscle. 20 to 30 minutes of exercising on your bike combined with the above diet changes should be enough to help you lose the extra weight you want.

Motivation:

It is all about motivation, if you are not motivated to do this so you will get nowhere. Motivations makes you exercise day after day even after you get to your goal. To keep motivated you can try things like writing down why  you are doing this and what benefits you will get when you lose then read it whenever you feel losing energy.
