If you have or have every suffered from a nail infection then you may have gone down the road of understanding that it may just not be your nails that are suffering. But definitely take note of your nails and if you notice great changes without an underlying reason, you should seek professional help.

Just pay particular attention to any damage that does not have a significant cause and affect.
