Now the smoke has cleared and you’ve seen all the nifty features that can make life simpler for your office.  Next, you need to feel confident that whatever dealer you select, you will also receive the support you need to use and maintain the software.  Find out the answers to these questions:

• Do they provide 24/7 support?  Does the software come with sufficient help documentation tha I can save time finding the answer myself?
• Is the support free or do I have to pay additional for this?  How about training?

Security and HIPAA Compliance

Even with good support and nice features, if the data is vulnerable to falling into the wrong hands, you risk lawsuits that could damage your company’s reputation.  Don’t underestimate the importance of a secure solution.  Be sure the software allows you to be HIPAA compliant.
