Allergies, coldsComputer Technology Articles, and the flu are popular problems that we go through every year. It will cause us to feel rundown. Too often though the symptoms we feel will mask themselves and what we think is a cold turns into a sinus infection.

There are medicines that you can take - but for some of us this will make us feel worse or it will take forever for us to feel better. That is why we think it is better to begin using natural treatments to alleviate the symptoms.

Steam
The first thing you need to try to do is to utilize steam to assuage the pressure contained in the sinuses and to clear out the nasal passages. Boil water and mix four drops of eucalyptus oil and around two drops of peppermint extract oil. The steam will loose the mucus along the nasal passages and prevent it from draining and the oils will help to open them up. Place your head over the steam and set a towel over the head to keep the steam inside. Breath it in for ten minutes or for as long as you have the ability to handle it.

Supplements
The next better thing to do is to use herbal supplements. Echinacea will boost the immune system and make it better to fight off the infection. Garlic and goldenseal have the exact same property and all of them can be purchased at any grocery store. Do not take more than what is on the directions.

Tea And Soup
