Clean water sources are rapidly diminishing around the world. With weather patterns the way they are and disasters happening all the time, at any moment our water can be contaminated. Around the world there are many different threats to our water. People living in rural areas or farm areas have chemical run off that has an affect on the lakes and rivers. This water is not the best water to drink. These run offs have to effect our drinking water especially well water. In the old days lakes and rivers were always clean looking and safe to drink. Now you see some lakes and rivers very dirty and can't see through them. You have to ask yourself do you feel comfortable letting my children drink unfiltered water? The winter thaw is around the corner. Are you prepared to have clean drinking water?
