Happy Friday Fit Fem'rs? I'm super psyched it's Memorial Day Weekend,Oatmeal: How Can You Make It Yummier Articles and you know what that means....summer fun,  bbqs, beaches, pool parties!! That means we are that much closer to working towards a hot bod.

Let's face it; we are all obsessed with dieting. There are so many people on a diet because they simply want to look HOT! And if they know that they look good then they will feel good. I mean both men and women kill themselves at the gym with their crazy workouts. For women, losing weight can feel like a full time job. Because we are so obsessed with having the perfect arms, legs, stomach and face, we do whatever we can to get there, and that includes calorie counting in dieting and exercise and avoiding foods that'll pack on the pounds.

Anyhow, I wanted to highlight an awesome food for you that's perfect for your weight loss plan; this low fat food is easy to make and can taste so good. And you don't have to worry so much about calorie counting here. Good ol' OATMEAL. Oatmeal is one of the common weight loss foods that women eat when they are on a diet. It is made up of rolled oats and it's porridge-like.   You don't have to worry about gaining more pounds with a whole bowl of oatmeal because of its high fiber content. It's definitely a food that'll curb your hunger and give you lasting energy throughout the day, that's why it's perfect to eat as a breakfast food. Now I warn you, don't ruin your weight loss plans but dousing the bowl of oatmeal with highly refined sugar or syrup.

So sometimes oatmeal can taste kinda bland - if you like plain oatmeal, that's awesome for you. Many of us though, shy away from the food simply because we don't know how to prepare it. So here are some things you can add or do to your oatmeal to make it taste much better:

• Adding milk to your oatmeal will make it tastier. I prefer unsweetened almond milk over cow milk to lessen the grams of sugar.

• Moderately adding fruits like blueberry or strawberry that are perfect antioxidants and will give you even more energy for the day.

• Moderately adding nuts like almonds or walnuts to add the perfect amount of good fats to your diet. You can replace nuts, if you don't like them, by adding flax seeds instead.
