What are Panic attacks?

 

Panic attacks are a disturbing and confusing mental state. It could attack anybody w/out being noticed. It truly hurts without making any obvious pain. All such maladies that stem from anxiety or panic attacks are termed as Panic attacks Disorders.

Something somewhere is not right. This is the different kind of feeling that bothers your mind when you endure panic attacks. When an irritating feeling lingers on, the mind and body get screwed-up.
