Koenraad Cuypers of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology,Per Study and Canada Drugstore, Community Involvement Boosts Health and Happiness Articles and lead author of the study published in the Journal of Epidemiology & Community Health suggested that both men and women who involve themselves in sports, religious, cultural and other community activities have superior health and more contentment in life compared to those who were socially inactive.  Moreover, they have lower tendencies of taking Canadian prescription drugs .

Between men and women, men gain more benefits over women on social, cultural and spiritual involvements.  To be specific, men are 9 percent more expected to be healthier if they mingle and enjoy the company of others; while women have only 3 percent chance of attaining healthy life from socio-cultural events.

The study researchers surveyed approximately 50,000 Norwegians.   Results show that involved men are 14 percent more likely to say that they are happy and contented with their life, 13 percent less expected to experience anxiety, and 12 percent less possible to undergo depression.  Women also show beneficial results but not as significant as to men’s.  Some women admit that they drink Canada drugs and supplements to stimulate them in activities.

“Those who took part in the activities either as a viewer or a participant were more likely to report better and health and satisfaction with life, and lower anxiety and depression, than those who didn't participate," said Cuypers.

The activities included in the study are of 2 types – being a spectator and an active participant.  Activities that involve watching but not participating include visits to museums, art exhibits, concerts, films and plays, attending church and sports events.  While active participation type includes playing sports, dancing, singing, working out, and going to club meetings.  Researchers found out that those who either watch or participate in such activities reflect more happiness and convey quality life.

As such, it is recommended to engage (watch or participate) in various activities for social health affects one’s emotional and physical health as a whole, and get rid of consuming Canadian drugs to get well.
