Pain
Pain is a very common complaint among the people who have developed bone cancer. They typically feel a dull and an achy pain. This pain wakes them up at night. The pain will usually worsen with the amount of activities that are done. Sometimes, the severity of pain will increase if an occurrence of injury is found.  For example, if an occurrence of fracture is found at the site of tumor, such as tumerus near the shoulder, excruciating pain may be experienced by the patient.

Fever
If fever is having an unknown origin, it must be managed very carefully. Sometimes the body will also cause fever as it will try and fight the infection. Sometimes, there is a lot of insignificance of fever. However, if it is still unabated, it is time for finding out the exact and the underlying cause.

Night sweats
There is a very common coincidence of fevers and night sweats. If the patients are experiencing night sweats, they will tend to wake up at night from a restless sleep and they will find themselves drenched in sweat.  There is surely an insignificance of this incident. However, if a person will experience further episodes, he can visit the clinic.

Tenderness
Sometimes, there is tenderness around the area around the shoulder or the upper arm. This area is very tender to touch. Sometimes, people may attribute this tenderness to extra yard work, lifting or exercises. However, if this feeling doesn’t go away even after some days, one must surely check with the doctor.

Swelling
There is sometimes swelling near the shoulder in the arm. This is one of the most common symptoms of bone cancer in shoulder. There is swelling in the surrounding tissue due to tumors and fractures.

Redness
If the doctor examines the upper arm and notices redness along with pain, this can be a major symptom of bone cancer. if the arm is red for no reason, the doctor should be consulted.
