The Resort Spa
This type is made for the woman who wants a complete getaway. Accommodations are included, as well as full days enjoying the relaxing and rejuvenating benefits of the resort. Naturally, these companies are quite a bit more expensive than other types, but their inclusive nature means the entire getaway is like a complete vacation. Some of the best ones are even located in tropical paradises that can lend itself to family holidays.
Medical Spa
This is the type of place you go under a doctor’s supervision. These places are medically licensed and offer specialized treatments such as Botox and lip injections. If you’re looking to beautify yourself using the newest wonders of the medical age—but aren’t interested in getting extensive plastic surgery—this might be the place for you.
There are several choices out there for you if you want to enjoy a trip to the spa. Don’t let the limitations on your area make the decision for you. If you live near a major metropolitan area, they will usually offer many more choices than a small, rural community.
