5.) Water. Being dehydrated will slow your metabolism. Even mild dehydration can cause your metabolism to slow down as much as three percent, in much the same way that cutting back on calories does. Metabolic activity slows when dehydrated. To feel fuller drink water. It will make you feel full and keep your body working properly.

If you follow these three rules with a decent diet you should be able to add a few pounds of weekly weight loss to your progress.
