When a doctor sees a patient suffering from severe stomach ache,Stop Hair Loss at the Roots Articles he/she knows that it is nothing to do with the dress or some perfume the person uses, but in fact goes deep inside their body. The root cause of this something he/she ate or contaminated water. Similarly, every problem needs to be traced to its roots to identify the reasons or the culprit and then be treated. When a person sees receding hairline, or while washing their hair, they find more than usual number of strands coming away, they need to find out what is the core reason for the same. It could be anything from the water, to shampoo to food they have been consuming or a change in diet also will have adverse effects. Different people have different reactions, for some it might be allergies, fever or burning sensation, while others face hair loss.

Some who suffer from baldness accept it as part of life, while others could go into depression. If we observed famous celebrities who are bald, we would realize that we never wondered why they are bald or what happened and sympathize with them. Why is this? Just because they are famous or don't they advertise about it? Andre Agassi and Michael Jordon are two sport stars who are also bald, almost all the time and were excellent in what they did.  So, being bald has nothing to do with one's capabilities or working abilities, so we should not judge someone based on their looks.

After your consultation with the dermatologist, if the diagnosis says it is because of the chemicals in the shampoo, they need to use another medically approved shampoo and conditioner. If the shampoo is very strong, it could harm the scalp instead of promoting hair growth. Also, you will notice your scalp becomes dry and hair does not look shiny or alive after a day. This is because the chemical in the shampoo is eating away all the nutrients in your hair leaving it dry and prone to breakage. You need to use a mild shampoo, or something specific to your hair condition instead of any shampoo off the counters.

If it is what you eat, you need to make a note to change your dietary patterns. For a person who is used to eating fast food, or more of fatty foods, they might be depriving their body from getting the required amount of vitamins and minerals which is necessary to keep their system working like clockwise work. Begin by maintaining a food journal, where you write down every morsel or sip you take from the time you wake up till you are ready to go to sleep. This way, you can keep track of all you eat, and monitor the nutrient value gained from each of them. Eating oily, fatty food will attack your system giving you high blood pressure or heart problem, and this need to be avoided to help keep your hair cells alive and growing well.
