You’re going to die. Maybe today. Maybe 100 years from now. You are looking for the cure. Everyone wants it said to them: “we have the cure to your illness. Not only that, we have the antidote to all of your future illnesses. And if that isn’t enough, we have the secret to longevity and, you’re not going to believe this, the fountain of youth. That’s right. Right here in this little pill.”

Not going to happen. Health is something to work for.

You look to get something for nothing; not knowing that the highest price you ever pay for anything is to have it given to you. Instead of buying, begging, or stealing a cure, it is better to stop building your diseases. It’s of your own doing and worse, you still think there is a cure. There is, but it’s not anything you would believe. At least not until you’re finished reading this page.

The false theories of health and disease have built into the people of this nation one grand mind easily programmed into fear and a slave to the health profession.

How does stress affect health? The stress in your life is your health demise. And once you understand this point your life will forever change.

If you don’t know what your stress is, how can you ever change it?

It’s time to go deep. What has been gnawing at you? What is the ongoing stress in your life? Is it going to go away or is it always going to be there? What can you do about it? Take this on. What can you do about it? Can you do something? How about doing more stress-less things today and then tomorrow? If you fill up your days with more of the good, the stress will be less. Who could help you work things out? There have to be people who’ve gone through what you’re going through, right?

Stress is killing you softly and you don’t even realize. It’s time for some major kinds of stress relieftoday.
