A good relationship is great for the personal moods we experience every day and studies have shown that a good relationship is a positive factor in a longer happier life than someone that is single. Stress affects just about every aspect of our lives. It not only factors into all of our personal relationships but also factors into the way in which we care for ourselves. Those individuals who are stressed spend less time on caring for themselves and have less concern about their own health and well being.

This is usually joined with sleeping difficulties, decreased productivity, less energy which only increases the onset of more and deeper depression. In days of ole, being overweight was synonymous with wealth, means, royalty and power, however, today that isn't the case. It is really a sign of increased stress and depression. Try yoga or meditation or marriage counseling and individual therapy until you find what works. If you cannot find the proper balance in the relationship, this might be a sign that it is time to move on with your life and the the relationship is just an unhealthy situation and is in need of termination. This should reduce the stress on your body, mind and health and possibly save you from some form of stress related illnesses.
