For many of us simplifying our lives has involved two main facets; the first being we align ourselves with who we actually are,The alignment of simplicity and authenticity Articles this is our authentic self. We also simplify the outside of our life, downshifting material possessions, unwanted activities, and spending habits. Now, I am not sure which comes first but they both are in alignment with one and other. I do not believe it is possible to do one without the other, especially if you want to live your life in truth.

For the people out their wanting to downshift their lives this is something that you must take into consideration. You need to realize that this is a powerful inner journey, as well a powerful physical outer journey. If you start searching for who you authentically are, it is without a doubt in my mind that the unwanted things in your life will begin to drop away, simplifying your life for what is authentic for you.

When you are on this path, it is important to keep a healthy balance with the inner and the outer world. I would suggest keeping two journals one for yourself and your personal growth of authenticity, and the other for the changes that you are making on the outside world, the changes that you are making to simplify your life. This will help you to get it out on paper any worries, concerns, emotions, events, successes and it will provide you with more clarity at where you truly are on your path.

Remember on this beautiful path of yours simplicity and authenticity go hand-in-hand, so keep them balanced and you will keep moving forward in the right direction for you.

God bless.
