The stomach should not be overloaded any time especially at the dinner time. If the stomach is overloaded it could influence the asthma attack.

Most of these above substances are good anti-oxidants which can prevent the destruction of cells.

Include salads make of cucumber, lettuce, tomato, carrot and beets for lunch and dinner both
The asthma patients should avoid taking fried things, fatty foods, pickles, sweets, chutnies etc.
Excessive milk products should not be taken by the asthma patients specially at the dinner time
The asthma patients should take their dinner early at least 1-2 hours before the sleeping time
All types of unhealthy habits like smoking, drinking etc. should be stopped by the asthma patients
The foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids such as salmon, tuna, sardines etc should be must-to-include in the diet of the asthma patients.
Seeds like flaxseeds are also rich in omega-3 fatty acids should also be part of the diet of asthma patients
Some people have allergies to certain food items which can trigger asthma attacks in them so that should be avoided
Taking proper care while making the diet plan for the asthma patients could actually help them to control the frequency and severity of the attack.
