This will help because when you arrive at the restaurant you are going to already have set in your mind what you'll be eating. You can also choose those restaurants that have healthier choice options or those that offer fresh and baked foods over those offering over processed and fried entrees.

It is important however to not be tyrannical with your food selections. Holding yourself to too rigid a diet will just begin to frustrate you so it is important to make sure that your diet allows for a little bit of breathing room and that if you do fall off the wagon make sure that you get right back on again. One of the primary reasons that most diets are not successful is because once people go off them they fail to get right back in the swing again.
