Method-1: heat some oil in a saucepan. 2. Crackle some mustard seeds and add chopped onions. Saute till the onions are golden-brown. 3. Tip in the tomato puree, curry powder, chopped tomatoes, ginger and garlic. Cook for minutes. 4. Mix the tamarind pulp in the boiling water till the paste has a smooth consistency. Add this mixture to the saucepan. 5. Add salt to taste and bring to a boil. 6. Add the fish and green chilies. Bring to a simmer for about ten minutes, after lowering the heat. Do not stir.
