Sometimes the best acne treatments are home remedies you can make at home or find in your refrigerator. If you don't have the money (or the stomach) for dermatological treatments, or if you're not sold on those expensive cleansers and toners from the dermatologist's office, try some of these acne treatment remedies for a few weeks, and see how well they work for you.

1. Honey: Yes,Top Three Acne Treatments Home Remedies Articles it's sticky, and a little uncomfortable to wear, but honey has a certain anti-bacterial element that makes it a great remedy for your zits and blackheads.  Simply dab a little bit of honey on a Q-tip and apply it in topical portions to each of your spots.  This also works for those stubborn cysts on your chest and back.  I usually apply honey right before I go to bed, but if you're putting it on your body, I suggest you do it in the daytime so you can wear a tank top or something that won't stick to the honey.  Once the honey is dried, wash it off with warm water and pat your face dry with a soft, clean washcloth.2. Egg yolk: Another rather sticky acne treatment is the egg yolk.  As you might have already guessed, you're going to whip it up and put it on your face.  Before you do so, separate the egg yolk from the egg white either by cracking it into your hand over a bowl and separating it manually or by scooping the yolk out of a bowl with a spoon.  Whisk it with a whisk or a fork, stick a cotton ball in the yolk, and apply it to your T-zone and other oily parts of your face.  Let it sit for 15-20 minutes, wash it off with warm water, and again, pat dry with a soft, clean washcloth.3. Aloe vera: The last of the acne treatments and home remedies is aloe vera.  You can apply the aloe vera that you get in a bottle from the grocery store or Walmart to help sunburns.  It's usually chilly too, so it will help relieve some of the redness and swelling that you're experiencing from your acne.Squeeze a little aloe vera onto your fingertips, smear a little on each spot, and let dry.  There's no need to wash off the aloe vera, so you can apply it anytime during the day or before you go to bed.
