With fast food restaurants, you can easily consume a high-calorie, high-sugar and high-fat diet. The more you dine, the more health risk you get. Study shows that 79% of cancer patients, 51% of diabetics and 86% of hypertensive people loved fast food chains during their prime.

Another reason why you should avoid going to these restaurants is their way of cooking their foods. Most of them are using cooking oils that are loaded with saturated fats (trans fats) that are bad for the health. The worst thing is that they are over using their oils several times before disposing it to maximize profit. These can cause carcinogens to develop in fatty foods such as chicken and beef that will certainly cause cancer cells to multiply rapidly.

Below are some of the ingredients that are abundant in the menu of most fast foods chains.

  3. Monosodium Phosphate (laxative)
  4. Nisin (preservative)
  5. Sodium phosphate (foaming agent / cleanser)
  6. Monosodium glutamate (addictive effect)
  7. Potassium sorbate (preservative)
  8. Trans fats (hydrogenated oils)
  9. Modified corn starch
  10. Too much salt and sugar and many more.
These ingredients are too much for the body to take. Take for example the sodium phosphate which is commonly used as a detergent. Sodium phosphate is used in some of the popular fast food restaurants such as McDonald and KFC. But why use a cleanser foaming agent? Foods serve in these restaurants isn't a dishwasher detergent right? Think about it for your health's sake.
