Use Mini Pills If Smoking Makes You Unfit to Take the Pill

Compared to the pill or combined oral contraceptive pills, a mini pill or progestogen-only pill is considered to be a better hormonal birth control option for those women who are over 35 years of age or addicted to smoking.
