Within your kitchen, you can make your own milk cleanser. Using powdered milk made into a paste.  Apply it into your face wet with lukewarm water.  This makes a great way to thoroughly clean your face by opening up the pores so cleanser can get in and lift the dirt.  If you have dry skin, instead of wetting your face with lukewarm water, you can use cooler water.

Making the milk paste to be used as cleanser should be very easy.  It only takes two tablespoons of powdered milk.  Slowly add the water to form a paste.   You can also add a teaspoon of honey into the mixture if you like.  You can apply the paste to your face and neck and apply it into upward and circular motion just as how you do with other cleanser or soap.  Let the paste dry and rinse with water afterwards.  With continuous treatment, you'd see improvement as dead skin cells are removed.
