You'll find teeth whitening systems ranging in price from around $10 up to $100.  Just make sure that you choose a product that has had plenty of good comments from actual users of the product.

The most popular teeth whitening system and one that is often advertised on TV are teeth whitening strips. These strips contain a whitening agent that when placed on the teeth for thirty minutes at a time will result in bleaching of any stains.

If you're looking for the least expensive way to whiten your teeth, then you can try some hydrogen peroxide.  Simply brushing regularly with hydrogen peroxide can whiten your teeth a few shades.  If you want to take it a step further, mix some hydrogen peroxide with baking soda, apply to your toothbrush and brush normally.  If you want to try this, limit it to once or twice a week, as baking soda acts as an abrasive and can cause irreparable damage to your teeth.

With so many different options and products available it's easy to see why so many people are on the road to a brighter smile. Just remember that we are all different, so the results that one person achieves will not be the same for you.
