The holidays are over and as with the starting of every single New Year the health fanatics have made their new years resolutions and are once again recommitting to health. Each year it's the same thing, everyone comes out in full force ready to have a slimmer and healthier year. For the most part these resolutions are made with the best of intentions although there is little follow through simply because people attempt to revamp their lives all at once instead of a little at a time.
